AFCNA was founded in 1996, so it’s our 21st birthday!

We would like to invite you to celebrate with us at a brief AGM (5.30-6.30pm) followed by a celebratory dinner commencing at 6.30pm on 12^th September. We are thrilled to have special international dinner guest,  Rev Dr Helen Wordsworth, a Registered Nurse, Baptist minister, and the Founding Director of ‘Parish Nursing Ministries UK’ which began in 2001 to establish the Faith Community Nurse (FCN) role across the UK. Helen was recently appointed as the ‘International Faith Community Nursing Specialist’ for the Westberg Institute, based in Memphis, USA.

After dinner Helen will informally share with us her insights on the FCN role in 2017 and the processes she has witnessed around the globe to facilitate and sustain FCN ministries in Christian churches throughout the world.
